Trainer Angela

Trainer Angela shares her life with six K9 companions of various breeds from Shepherds to Pitbull mixes. She has always had a yearning to work with animals professionally, and that need was fulfilled when she came to MAK9 in 2022. She originally started as client with her Shiloh Shepherd Stormi. Due to her past experiences with her rescue dogs, she wished to participate in an all encompassing training program to get her Shiloh off to the best start possible. Prior to MAK9, she successfully worked through and managed some difficult behavioral situations with her rescue dogs and wanted to prevent anything from arising with her young Shepherd.

Through MAK9, she found that a clear communicative method made all the difference to her dogs’ well being and fulfillment in life. She wanted to share that passion and level of fulfillment with others, thus her training career began!

Prior to being a trainer, Angela went to school for animal science and later became a Licensed Practical Nurse. While she enjoyed working with patients and providing the best care possible, she didn’t feel completely fulfilled until she became a trainer.

In her spare time Trainer Angela enjoys spending time with her two children and her husband. She enjoys nothing more than enhancing the bond between her clients and their dogs and witnessing that bong grow to its fullest potential!
